BB IT Solutions is an Austrian startup for website management and AI chatbots, run by a single dedicated person. That's exactly the point: from the first inquiry to ongoing care, you always talk to the same person, never a queue.

Responsible at BB IT Solutions for management as well as marketing, sales, AI chatbots and parts of the programming. Graduate of a business/IT-focused commercial college (HAK) with a focus on ICT. What's most rewarding is when a customer's vague idea turns into a website or chatbot that actually works in everyday use.

On your own, you can't manage fifty projects at once, and I don't pretend to. In return, every client gets care that lives up to the name: I know how your website is built without having to look it up first, and you never explain your request twice.
Why we exist
We've seen the same thing too often: a company has a website built, pays for it, and then nobody follows up. Two years later the system is outdated, the contact form is broken, the opening hours are wrong, and nobody has the login details anymore. That's exactly where we come in: we don't just build the site, we stay responsible for it afterward.
How we work
No call centre, no ticket number, no change of contact after six months. You write, I know immediately what it's about.
How we bill
Creation is one-time, care is monthly. Whatever costs extra, we tell you beforehand, not on the invoice.
What we measure ourselves by
Emails answered around the clock. And for real emergencies, a dedicated line you can always call, even at night.
As a startup
No chains of approvals, no project-management layer. A small text change is often done within the next hour, not the next sprint planning.
We don't have ten-year-old systems to drag along. That's why we use AI where it genuinely takes work off your plate, and leave it out where it would only add effort.
