How long does the contract run?
That depends on the plan you choose. Lower monthly plans come with a minimum term. If you choose a higher monthly plan, you can cancel any time, with one month's notice. Which variant applies to you is stated in the quote before you sign.
What happens if I cancel?
You get all access credentials, data and a current backup of your website. The domain belongs to you and, on request, is transferred to your new provider.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrading is possible at any time. You're only billed for the difference in scope.
